Hi I'm Julia!
I love cooking and baking in particular.
I started professional life as a chef, but have always been drawn towards the sweet side of cookery. In the kitchen you could always find me volunteering to make pastries, or plate up the desserts once my section was done.
In 2012 I decided to get formally qualifed in pastry, and in 2016 I started "Cooked by Julia".
I sold cakes and desserts at markets for a couple of years before opening a small bakery in the beautiful town of Robertson, NSW. Here I make custom cakes for weddings and birthdays, as well as a range of treats for walk in customers.
I am passionate about making cakes that look great, but more importantly taste amazing.
All my products are made fresh from high quality ingredients, with texture and flavour being of particular importance to me.
